Types of ceramic treatments
Step by step: professional ceramic treatment
1. Preparation wash
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, mud, insects and surface residue. This step is essential to start on a clean basis.
2. Chemical decontamination
Invisible contaminants such as tar, metal particles and resin residues are removed, using Clay Bar and specific products.
3. Curb of sensitive areas
Trims, rubbers, emblems and other delicate parts are protected with special tape to prevent damage during polishing.
4. Polishing and correction of paint
A professional polishing (1 to 3 steps) is done to eliminate defects such as swirls, microscratches and holograms. The objective: a perfect surface for applying ceramics.
5. Surface degreasing
Before coating, the entire body is cleaned with a degreasing product to ensure proper adhesion of the ceramic treatment.
6. Application of ceramic treatment
Coating is applied in areas such as paint, rims, glass or vinyl, layer by layer, with special cloths and precise techniques.
7. Curing and resting time
The vehicle must rest at least 12 to 24 hours under controlled conditions so that the treatment cures correctly before being exposed to the outside.
